Women love their shoes, the shoes, but unfortunately not always love women's feet. Fashion shoes ranging from heels to sandals can cause more than just a night of discomfort, which can cause foot problems such as cutting hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and ingrown toenails. Even with the knowledge that women are still many choose to wear these styles. So what is supposed to make women give up these fabulous shoes? Not likely. Fortunately, with a few helpful tips women can still wear fashionable shoes and decrease dramatically the likelihood of these negative impacts occur.
Flip-flops: Flip flops are so easy to carry, especially in summer when the last thing we want is one more piece of clothing in celebration of body heat. Can quickly be put on and come in almost an infinite number of colors and designs. Unfortunately, this style of shoes can cause irritation between the big toe and second, because the accumulation of dead skin around heels, create corns, and more easier to turn the foot. Always make sure your shoes fit correctly. Firm-soled shoes will be able to support the foot better than sole flexible. The most important thing is to see your podiatrist for regular check ups especially when you wear heels often, or have any pain in the foot. The sooner medical checkups can be healthier feet. No trade in health for fashion, have both!
